1. What is/are your favorite yarn/s to knit with? What fibers do you absolutely *not* like?
Natural fibers of all sorts from the animals, worm, or plants. Not a fan of man made stuff.

The Circular Solution. I Love it!!
3. How long have you been knitting & how did you learn? Would you consider your skill level to be beginner, intermediate or advanced?
I learned about two years ago. I would say I am generally an intermediate with moments of advanced as well as beginner.

5. What’s your favorite scent?
Crisp scents, citrus, mint, lemongrass, eucalyptus, tree scents.
6. Do you have a sweet tooth? Favorite candy?
Milk Chocolate, I know they say dark chocolate is better for you. But hey, I’m not eating it for my health!
7. What other crafts or Do-It-Yourself things do you like to do? Do you spin?
I just knit.
8. What kind of music do you like? Can your computer/stereo play MP3s? (if your buddy wants to make you a CD)
I really like a huge variety of music. I am currently listening to a lot of Amy Winehouse and Brett Dennen. I am MP3 friendly.
9. What’s your favorite color(s)? Any colors you just can’t stand?
I love all colors. I tend to gravitate to hand painted/varigated yarns.
10. What is your family situation? Do you have any pets?
Husband and 3 children ages 15, 13, and 2.5.
11. Do you wear scarves, hats, mittens or ponchos?
Not really, our weather is pretty mellow. And I tend to take pride in “toughing it out” when it gets a bit nasty.

Socks, socks, socks. I am just getting into lace socks.

Lace socks. And some fair isle socks. And some plain ‘ol stockingette socks. Oh, and a cardigan.

Mmmm, not clothing type items. I do love soaps and houseware type items however.
15. Do you prefer straight or circular needles? Bamboo, aluminum, plastic?
Circs all the way, I was partial only to Addis, however I am really liking the Knit Picks fixed circulars.
16. Do you own a yarn winder and/or swift?
Yes, both.
17. How old is your oldest UFO?
6 months maybe, I am a bit disciplined about finishing my treasures.
18. What is your favorite holiday?
Christmas, I LOVE PRESENTS!!!!!

I get IK & VK. I am really looking forward to the upcoming Vogue sock book.

Lace. And I’m always trying to learn more heel and toe options.

Yup. 9.5 long 9 around
